Before establishing TS&P with André Pesch, Torsten has practiced in the M&A / Corporate groups of Baker & McKenzie Luxembourg since its inception in 2010.
Torsten focuses on general corporate and private equity work, as well as domestic and international M&A and joint ventures. He mainly advises Luxembourg and foreign based asset managers, alternative investment and real estate funds. Torsten has significant experience in Luxembourg law governed incentive plans.
